1. General information
This website and the GScopy application are operated by GxA Solutions S.R.L., VAT ID RO00000000, registered with the Trade Register under no. J00/0000/2024, with its registered office at Str. Exemplu nr. 0, București, România. By using the website and the application you agree to these terms.
2. Software license
GScopy is sold through a one-time license that permits unlimited use of the application within the clinic. The license does not transfer intellectual property rights over the software. The support subscription is optional and covers updates and technical assistance.
3. Trial version
The trial version may be used free of charge for a period of 7 days, for evaluation purposes. After the trial period expires, continued use requires the purchase of a license.
4. Right of withdrawal
Under GEO no. 34/2014, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, without justification. For digital content delivered and services started with the consumer's express consent, the right of withdrawal may cease in accordance with the law. 5. Medical data and responsibility
GScopy is a management and reporting tool. Responsibility for the accuracy of the medical data entered, the diagnosis and the clinical decisions lies solely with the doctor using it. Patient data is stored locally and encrypted on the clinic's equipment; the data controller under GDPR remains the clinic.
6. Warranties and limitation of liability
The application is provided “as is”. We make efforts to ensure correct operation but do not guarantee the absence of any errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses. We recommend making regular backups.
7. Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms. The version in force is the one published on the website at the time of use.
