2. What data we collect
Through the contact form we collect your name, email address, optionally the clinic name and the message you send. We do not collect data through the form beyond what is needed to reply to you. The GScopy application stores patient data exclusively locally, on the clinic's equipment — it is not transmitted to us.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process the form data to respond to your request and, where applicable, to enter into a contract (art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR — performance of a contract / legitimate interest in communicating with prospective clients).
4. Processors
To send the form emails we use the Resend service. The website is hosted on Vercel. These providers process data strictly to deliver their respective technical service.
5. Storage period
We keep received messages for as long as necessary to reply to you and for the subsequent commercial relationship, then we delete or anonymise them.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP). You can exercise your rights by writing to us at contact@gxasolutions.com.
7. Cookies
We use cookies in accordance with the Cookie Policy. Non-essential cookies are used only with your consent.
