2. What data we collect
The website has no forms and collects no personal data through it. Contact happens directly, by phone or email — in that case we process only the data you send us (name, email address, phone, the content of your message), strictly to reply to you. The GScopy applications store patient data exclusively locally, on the practice's equipment — it is not transmitted to us.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process the data you send us to respond to your request and, where applicable, to enter into a contract (art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR — performance of a contract / legitimate interest in communicating with prospective clients).
4. Hosting
The website is hosted on our own server, in a data centre within the European Union. We do not use external form-processing services, because the website has no forms. Emails you send us are processed by our email provider.
5. Storage period
We keep received messages for as long as necessary to reply to you and for the subsequent commercial relationship, then we delete or anonymise them.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP). You can exercise your rights by writing to us at contact@gxasolutions.com.
7. Cookies
We use cookies in accordance with the Cookie Policy. Non-essential cookies are used only with your consent.
