Gynaecology — colposcopy

Colposcopy, documented end to end

A single procedure type for now, but covered in full — not a generic form adapted on the fly.

Colposcopy

From the indication (abnormal cytology, positive HPV test, follow-up, bleeding) through to the conclusion and recommendation, with every stage of the examination in between.

The form follows the examination, not the other way round

The fields are shaped by how a colposcopy is actually performed and reported.

Adequacy, SCJ and transformation zone

Record the adequacy of the examination and the reason if inadequate, the visibility of the squamocolumnar junction and the transformation zone type.

Acetic acid and Lugol tests

The result of the acetic acid test and the Lugol (Schiller) test, with the corresponding images captured during the examination.

IFCPC grade and Swede score

The grade of the changes per the IFCPC classification and the Swede score, alongside lesion location — recorded as structured data, not free text.

Biopsies and recommendations

Mark the sampling site on the image, record the biopsies and their details, then close with the conclusion and the follow-up recommendation.

A shared core, proven in the practice

Whatever the specialty, the things that matter work the same way — and just as safely.

Frequently asked questions

The app works, but the installers are not published yet. Write to us through the contact form and we'll let you know as soon as they can be downloaded.

No. It is a separate application, with its own data folder and database. The two can sit on the same computer without interfering.

Yes. The field set is a starting point agreed with the doctor — you can adapt it from inside the app, just like in the endoscopy app.

Yes, each app has its own license. If you use both, the bundle is better value than two separate licenses.
